Your Role as a Personal Support Worker

Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home senior care, including:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Mobility support, transfers, and fall prevention
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Dementia care and cognitive support
• Transportation to appointments and errands

What You Need

• PSW certificate
• Valid driver’s licence (G2/G) and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
